Modified Tour driver Ted Christopher is the latest driver to file an entry for
the 56th Annual Sunoco Race of Champions at Oswego Speedway.
Christopher will be driving the Al-Lee Installations #36 owned by Eddie Whelan.
Christopher and Whelan are currently second in the WMT championship point
standings with three victories in 2006.

Super Modified standout Joe Gosek filed an entry on Monday for the 56th
running of the Sunoco Race of Champions Modified 200 at Oswego Speedway. The $10,000 to win event takes place this
Saturday at Oswego Speedway.
Gosek is making his second consecutive start in the R.o.C
200 behind the wheel of a Lee Sherwood owned Modified. Last year Gosek
worked his way solidly into a top five only to be involved in a late race
tangle. Gosek, competed in the 1996
Indy 500 and finished in 22nd position after starting in 31st. He finished two spots ahead of a young Tony
Stewart in the ’96 edition of the event.
